Tapmaster Return Policy
30 day full refund policy
Tapmaster has a 30 day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
60 day partial refund policy
Between 31 and 60 days after purchase Tapmaster allows for a refund with a 20% restocking fee.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and you must contact us at email@example.com for a Return Authorization and shipping instructions. If you do not obtain a Return Authorization from Tapmaster we will not be able to process your return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 72 hours.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Sometimes credit card companies take several days to post a refund. If it is still not there, contact us and we will be sure to process it as quickly as possible.
Any items purchased will be refunded at their original purchase price. If you used a promotional code or purchased during a discount period you will get a refund for the price you paid and not full retail price.
To return your product, you must contact us first to obtain return shipping instructions. If your package is shipped without instructions from Tapmaster you will incur additional fees as it crosses the border.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
